VIGALI S.L. is a family food company located in Pastriz (Saragosse), dedicated to the production of muffins, doughnuts, cakes and chilled dairy desserts. Faithful to our work philosophy, result of many years of experience dedicated to the sector, our goal is always provide the best product to our customers.
Our origins are based on a family poultry farm in the 50s. We began to develop the first muffins in a small village bakery with the eggs’ excess. Over time, the demand grew so, in the 70s VIGALI born as a pastry producer. In the 90s it is committed to diversification and begins to produce the first Egg Pudding bain-marie in the oven, with the grandma's recipe.
Currently both ranges living together: pastries with Errea brand and desserts with Nayem brand.
The family management is secured with generational change, ensuring not only maintain the quality standards of raw materials, processes, products and controlled production but also the production capacity and the best service and atention to distributors, retailers and consumers.
